At KMI, we see our retailers as an extended part of the KMI family

KMI has a broad and diverse range of retail partners, in all organisational shapes and sizes, but with one thing in common – they all want to offer their customers the very best beauty products and toiletries. We work with supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, department stores such as John Lewis and Debenhams and health and beauty specialist Boots as well as many independent retailers. 

Good old fashioned customer service is at the very heart of what we do, but we know this is an easy claim to make and yet a difficult one to live up to. Perhaps the proof is in the pudding – we wouldn’t be able to claim such a salubrious list of retail partners unless our service was second to none.

We are really excited to announce that we are about to launch www.kmiclub.com – a one-stop beauty club, where INSPIRED beauty-lovers can buy all their favourite KMI products in just one place, as well as being able to get the lowdown on each of the brands, latest fashion and style tips and expert advice.

Keep Me Inspired is a chance for KMI to get to know the people who use our products, to listen to what they think, and ultimately to help us make even better products.
